THE CLUB PLAN
WORKS AS FOLLOWS: |

1. For
$35.00
annual membership fee, Club Plan members may enroll any (one)
car, van or truck in
the Pearl-Brookpark Club. |
|
2. The member will receive a
window decal for the enrolled car and a membership card. |
|
3. Members receive a $4.00
discount each time the CAR,
VAN OR TRUCK displaying the decal is washed
at
Pearl-Brookpark. (Additional
cars, vans or trucks may be enrolled in the Club Plan for an
additional
$35.00
membership fee per car, van or truck.) |

4. Simply present the membership
card to the cashier to receive the Club Plan discount.
(No other coupons or discounts of
any kind may be used with the Club Plan discount). |

BY ACCEPTING MEMBERSHIP IN THE
PLAN, THE MEMBER AGREES THAT: |
|
(A) Club Plan membership applies
to any (one) car, van or truck. Any use or
attempted use by a member
of his membership on any
car, van or truck other than that enrolled in the
program shall be ground for
termination of
membership.
(B) Club Plan annual membership
are non-taxable. Ohio law requires, however, that
sales tax be collected
on the full,
non-discounted, price of the Club Plan washes.
(C) Pearl-Brookpark reserves the
right to discontinue the Club Plan without notice. Upon
discontinuance
of the plan,
Pearl-Brookpark's
liability shall be limited to refund of the unused
portion of the annual membership fee. |
